Rules of the game? The winning game is limited to 48,000 participations. Out of the view of the participant, the run of the game consists mainly of 4 steps: 1. The reservation For the determination of the 120 finalist for the Offline winning game, questions out of the field of General Education are Worldwide the participation in the winning game is available in German and English. To participate in this game you must be of legal age, according to the laws of your home country. Participation fee? For the possibility to join the Offline winning game (final lap) you are invoiced for the amount of 19.-- €. After reservation you will receive an invoice via email. After confirmation of your payment to an escrow account, you will receive access to the game and qualification for the final stage. In order to keep the game going, a time schedule must be followed. Qualify Online for the Offline winning game (final stage) On page ”Prizes / Profits” you can find all objects described in detail. The house is handed over free from debt. Property transfer tax and registration fees, including notary charges will be compensated by me, Volker Stiny. When does the final stage take place ? How will the prizes be handed over? The public final phase is organized and run approx. 4 weeks after the determination of the 120 finalists. The transfer of the house (1st prize) will be immediately processed and controlled by a notary whose name cannot be stated at this time due to German notary´s law. All further prizes – as far as this is possible – will be handed over to the winners at the location of the event due to technical / organizational reasons. Prizes will be held ready for pick up, or will be sent to the winner after agreement (transport charges will be invoiced). If a shipment is not possible or should cause excessive charges, an adequate credit or similar will be handed over. Traveling expenses within Germany for an eventual participation in the final lap will be refunded for a railway ticket 2nd class. Ultimately other arising charges for the participation in the final lap are the participant´s responsibility. Who can I contact? The winning game is run privately. For further details pls. have a look in the MASTHEAD. Yes- the game was designed as a game of skills, not requiring permission. Exclusively, the participants determine with their skills the final results of the game. Determination of the winner of the 120 finalists is carried out in a final lap at an offline assembly. The game was developed and designed by my lawyer, who already created an expert assessment for Bavarian Authorities. The participants have to answer questions out of several fields of general education. Several answers are offered of which only one is correct (Multiple Choice as known from popular TV-quiz shows). The questions become more difficult per sequence and the answering time for each question is reduced from 60 to 30 seconds. After the ”warm up” lap, the questions will be randomly distributed and the determination of the play time, which might not be exceeded, guarantee that the skills of the participants, their knowledge (general education), their perceptive faculty, and reaction time are placed in the foreground, which thereafter decides the game result. What happens, if less or more than 48,000 participant register? In total only 48,000 reservations with free access to the game are accepted. After the 48,000 reservation payments have been booked, the bank account is closed and further reservations will be refused. In any case, the date of receipt of payment and the sequence make the decision. A period of 90 days has been enabled in which reservations for the game can be made. If the number of 48,000 reservations is not reached within this schedule, the deadline is prolonged for an additional time. Will my personal data be handled confidentially ? Your mail, details and data will be handled and processed with the utmost care and security, and will not be exposed to an unauthorized third party. Further questions and assistance regarding the game: Why did my reservation attempt fail? What happens after my reservation ? Having placed the reservation, you will usually receive a confirmation mail within a couple of minutes with the participation key out of which you can take / read all necessary information. In exceptional cases, it can occur that the confirmation reaches you at least two hours later. Why haven´t I received a confirmation after my reservation? It happens often that the email address is sent incomplete or incorrect, which makes the sending of the confirmation impossible. The email is returned to the sender as ”letter delivered to wrong address” and cannot be proceeded further because we cannot contact you. It is also possible that our email can`t reach you, as it has been deleted by a SPAM filter in your or the provider´s system, or has been moved into the SPAM file. In this case the email does not reach your E-Mailbox. If you cannot find the email, please look first in your SPAM file. If the result is negative, please contact us briefly by PHONE, so that we can send you manually the confirmation mail again. When will I get access to the game? You will get access to the game after your reservation fee has been booked to our account, which may take a few days. Please ensure that your details on the payment form are correct that we can identify your payment and can give you free access to the game. Take into consideration that the remittance can take up to 3 days in bank traffic. It takes us further one to two working days to switch you to free access, which will be confirmed by us via email. In case you couldn´t find your activation key, simply go to the corresponding game sequence and retype your accurate email-address. Click “send me my activation key” and then “send”.
