As a young man, I became a banker. 19 years ago, I bought this house in Mediterranean style in Baldham, quite close to Munich. This area is the most attractive real estate site in Germany. Why did I do so ? Because I wanted to ensure my parents the best possible back up for their retirement.
In 2006 my father passed away. My mother – now 87 years old – wants to live with other people her age in a community home and doesn`t want to stay there. Having made this experience, I decided to sell the land and the house. However, that was not easy and caused many heart aches due to the financial pressure.
Despite strong demands, even professional real estate agents were helpless. Why? Because the bankers at that time avoided any risk and no credits were granted, which has been a well known problem for months. Inspired by successful lotteries in Austria, the UK, and the US, I decided to develop a similar offer here. However, in Germany a game won by luck, a lottery, is unfortunately prohibited by law so I proceeded with a legal game based on a battle of wits. Questions in regard to common knowledge will be asked, as they are well known from popular TV-series.
The players (worldwide limited to 48,000 participants) contribute and participate to a game of skills with a single payments of 19.-- €. The Süddeutsche Zeitung (= Southern German Newspaper) gave its comment : ”…. The winning chances are mostly higher than in regular lotteries...” The final stage at an offline assembly where 100 valuable prizes with a total value of 600,000.-- € can be won, will be processed and controlled immediately by a German notary.

Free of any debts he / she is enabled to live in this house, or rent or sell it to another party. The property transfer tax (Grunderwerbssteuer), the notary and enrollment charges on the level of 46,560.-- € will be compensated by me, the organizer. Therefore, the new owner of this house can make this deal without the threat of any loss or debt despite economic crises, and without the help of any bank.
I wish you good luck!
Sincerely yours,
Volker Stiny
